We purchased your Airbags to assist with raising the rear of the Land cruiser when towing our semi off road caravan.
I am now able to raise the rear of the Land Cruiser to an ideal towing height without putting as much strain on the Hayman Reese weight distribution & sway bar system. I can now also leave the sway bars off completely when going off road and still be able to maintain a safe towing height on my vehicle.
We would and have recommended this system to many of our fellow travellers to raise the handling and safety aspect of their rigs. The Airbag suspension kit is very easy to use and can be adapted to varying towing conditions. It is also helpful when carrying extra weight in the back of the wagon when not towing.
In addition we would like to express our overall complete satisfaction with your customer service when I have had to contact your company with questions on both my Land Cruiser and caravan.
When we first purchased our second hand caravan several years ago we were blown away with the help we received to get the levelling system operating correctly when parked. Apparently the system was installed incorrectly during the manufacture of the caravan. Your staff not only identified the problem but did not want any payment for their time.
